Solid HarmoniE (also SHE) were a British pop girl group formed in 1996. Initially the band was made up of Rebecca Onslow, Melissa Graham and Mariama Goodman, however Goodman left in 1997 to care for her mother. She was replaced by Elisa Cariera. Goodman rejoined the band later in the year, and the group became a four-piece.

They had success in the Netherlands where their album went to #1 in the album charts and was certified gold.[1] Also the single "I Want You To Want Me" peaked at #4 in the charts. Goodman joined R&B group Honeyz later that year.
